I'd like to personally thank you for joining me here at The Dirty 30's Blog. My name is Donna and I'm a 36 year-old married college professor living in Southern California. With a full time career, husband and a mortgage payment, I realized that I was giving in to the daily stresses of being a responsible 30-something but was falling apart in the process. This blog is my attempt to reclaim some joy and passion for living while balancing family, friends and work obligations. The main focus of this blog will center around: (1) stress management (2) debt repayment and frugal living (3) making healthy choices and (4) living my life like it's "golden" instead of like a raggedy old shoe.
